Operational Plan for Transition to Green within our Centers
With the understanding that COVID-19 is not going to disappear any time soon, preventing the spread of this virus still remains part of Team’s agenda at Rehab1. We recognize that core protective measures and a strategic plan remain important tools to limit the spread of COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses that may affect those in our community, on our Team, and our clients. This is particularly important for those that may not have yet been vaccinated or those with vulnerable immune systems.
The following operation plan outlines how our daily operations and the other protective measures will be modified and/or maintained to promote health and well-being long-term.
We strongly feel that, by incorporating the knowledge learned through over the past 18 months, we can do our part as a responsible business to help protect against respiratory illnesses and continue to inspire wellness in our community!
For our Clients
- • For the first 2 weeks of the Green Recovery Phase (July 30-August 15), we will require that clients and Team members continue to wear masks in the hallways, and reception area.

This email was previously the emailed version of the COVID-Screening questionnaire. This email will now be our “Mask-comfort” email so that we can better know your comfort with mask and non-mask wearing.
- • Only in the event that both you and your therapist agree that you are comfortable not wearing a mask will you both be able to not wear a mask during your treatment session. This ensures that both the clinician and the client’s comfort levels with the transition to going mask-less is respected.
- • Please enter the building at the exact time for your appointment to avoid having people in our waiting room
- • Please be sure to wash/sanitize your hands when you arrive at the clinic and after your appointment

lifestyle without masks and distancing, while others will feel stress, anxiety,

clients and Team members so that everyone feels comfortable and welcome to wear a
mask and keep their distance.
